Servicing and Repairs
- Minor issues like cleaning adjustments are typically handled on-site.
- For more significant repairs, your device may be sent to our in-built service station. This can typically take 1 or 2 days to assess internally and potentially up to 5 days if the device needs to be sent to the manufacturer for assessment.
Post-Service Testing
- After servicing, your hearing aid will be tested to ensure it's functioning correctly.
- Adjustments will be made based on your feedback and hearing requirements.
